RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
Certain items, such as personalized products, perishable goods, and gift cards, are non-returnable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
REFUNDS

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
EXCHANGES
